How much does delivery cost?
It depends on where you are and on the size of the furniture. You can estimate it on any product page, and we confirm the final fee when we call you about your order.
How do I pay?
We call you to confirm every order first. After that you pay by M-Pesa, using the details we send you. For a made-to-order piece, a deposit confirms the order and you pay the rest when it's ready.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
Each product page shows how long that piece takes to make. We confirm the date when we call you, and let you know when your piece is ready.
Can I collect my order from a shop?
Yes. Choose a shop when you order and we'll tell you when your order is ready to collect. Bring the collection code we send you by SMS.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Please check your furniture when it arrives. If anything is damaged, tell the driver, then call or WhatsApp us as soon as you can, with photos if possible. We'll look into it and agree the next step with you.
